Robert is a Risk Specialist at Avery, bringing a strong foundation in insurance and a commitment to client advocacy. He joined Avery in 2023 and successfully completed the rigorous Apprentice program, where he trained alongside our experienced commercial team.
Robert’s career in insurance began in 2019 after earning his degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Colorado. He started in Personal Insurance before transitioning to Commercial Insurance, leveraging his expertise to better serve businesses. His passion for the industry was sparked by a personal experience navigating the Workers’ Compensation claims process, inspiring him to become a trusted advisor for business owners looking to protect their assets.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Robert is currently pursuing his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation to enhance his ability to navigate the evolving insurance landscape. He is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
Originally from Manchester, NH, Robert now resides in Newbury, MA, with his wife, their two young children, and their dog, Baxter. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, and cycling with his family.
