Michelle Morrow

Michelle brings more than 30 years of accounting experience to Avery Insurance, with a diverse background spanning manufacturing and healthcare. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Salem State College, she spent the first 10 years of her career in manufacturing before transitioning to healthcare, where she spent the next two decades managing financial operations and supporting organizational success.

Originally from a small town on Massachusetts' North Shore along Chebacco Lake, Michelle and her husband relocated to New Hampshire more than 20 years ago to enjoy a quieter lifestyle surrounded by nature. She was drawn to Avery's collaborative culture and is excited to bring her extensive accounting expertise to the team while supporting the company's continued growth.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cruising in her Mustang, country line dancing, spending time at the beach, and relaxing at camp with friends and family. On weekends, she combines two of her passions by working with sensitive dogs to help build their confidence and teaching self-defense classes that empower women. One of her favorite fun facts? She once had the opportunity to ride in the iconic Hood Blimp.
