Tom Parrott

Tom joined our team as an Associate Claims Advisor, bringing over 25 years of claims experience across independent and staff adjusting roles.

Tom earned his New Hampshire Adjuster's License in 2000, training under Curtis Collins at Frontier Adjusters. He went on to spend 18 years as an independent adjuster with Frontier Adjusters and Flynn Riedel & Young Inc., followed by 8 years as a staff adjuster with Primex (NH Public Risk Management Exchange), Merchants, and Auto-Owners Insurance. That range of experience gives him a thorough understanding of the claims process from every side, which he uses to guide clients clearly and efficiently through each step.

Tom holds adjuster licenses in New Hampshire, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover and studied at Stratham Vocational School and the University of New Hampshire.

A Seacoast resident since 1980, Tom lives in Durham with his wife, Jennifer, and has two daughters. He enjoys traveling in the U.S. and abroad.
