IBA identified this year’s top insurance employers by inviting organizations across America to fill out a comprehensive employer application and explain their various offerings, policies, and practices. Following appointments, employees from nominated employers were asked to complete an anonymous survey, administered by a third-party vendor, to evaluate their workplace on several metrics, including benefits; compensation; culture; employee development; and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Only select insurance employers were named IBA Top Insurance Employers for 2023.
