Personal Lines Account Manager- New Business Focus

The Personal Lines Account Manager- New Business Focus position will be responsible for managing inbound leads, quoting, and issuing new personal lines policies, and helping grow the agency’s client base. You will work closely with our producers, carriers, and support staff to ensure a seamless and professional client experience from first contact through policy issuance. You will also manage a book of business to provide ongoing, exemplary service to Avery’s valued clients. This role is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new personal lines accounts, and helping expand our client base through referrals, inbound leads, and cross-selling opportunities. While client service is part of the role, the primary focus is onboarding new personal lines accounts through proactive engagement. We’re looking for someone who thrives working with new clients and enjoys the sales process.

Commercial Lines Producer
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to expand our Property & Casualty book of business. This is a true sales role, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to develop strong client relationships. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, advising clients, and closing deals, all while being supported by a dedicated team that helps you win bigger and faster.
