Kelly is an Account Manager in Avery’s Personal Insurance Department, based in the Portsmouth office. In this dynamic role, she manages and develops personal insurance portfolios, delivering prompt, knowledgeable service to clients. She handles policy changes and inquiries with care and provides guidance on coverage options to ensure comprehensive asset protection.
With over seven years of experience as an Account Manager, Kelly brings a strategic, client-centered approach to every interaction. She is well-versed in Avery’s suite of carriers and enjoys working collaboratively with the team to navigate complex insurance needs.
Kelly holds both an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire. She applies her academic foundation and industry expertise to successfully grow and maintain her book of business.
A lifelong resident of the New Hampshire seacoast, Kelly now lives in Kittery, Maine, with her husband, daughter Sloane, and stepson Cameron. She enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishes time with friends and family.
