Avery is seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Producer to expand our Property & Casualty book of business. This is a true sales role, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to develop strong client relationships. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, advising clients, and closing deals, all while being supported by a dedicated team that helps you win bigger and faster.

Commercial Lines Manager
We are searching for an experienced Commercial Lines Manager to lead and strengthen our Commercial Lines team. This role is ideal for a strategic and service-driven leader who excels at optimizing operations, developing team performance, and fostering strong client and carrier relationships. The Commercial Lines Manager will oversee departmental processes, support client retention and growth, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and collaborate across leadership to drive continued success and elevate the client experience.

Personal Lines Placement Lead
Avery is looking for a driven and sales-oriented Personal Lines Inside Sales Lead to help accelerate new business growth at Avery Insurance. This role is ideal for a results-focused professional who thrives in both individual production and team leadership. The Inside Sales Lead will oversee pipeline performance, analyze sales metrics to improve close rates, and partner closely with leadership to refine strategy, strengthen team performance, and scale personal lines growth initiatives.
