We’re currently recruiting to fill the following full-time (40 hrs./wk.) positions:

Personal Lines Account Manager (Wolfeboro or Portsmouth Offices

Exciting opportunity for an experienced personal lines insurance professional to develop customized insurance solutions and manage portfolios for our valued clients. The Account Manager will possess extensive knowledge of available markets and underwriting guidelines for placement of client’s risks. He/She manages the full life cycle of writing personal insurance with a focus on building, cultivating and retaining client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 2 years of personal lines experience as an Account Manager or similar position
  • Hold a P&C Producer’s license in the State of NH; CIC designation a plus
  • Preferably have prior experience with AMS360 or other similar agency management system and superior computer skills
  • Strong team contributor with the ability to effectively communicate, embrace change, and support team members
  • Easily adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment, demonstrating poise and professionalism in all interactions
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities maintaining confidences at all times

Commercial Risk Specialist (Portsmouth or Wolfeboro Office

Exciting opportunity for a licensed professional to join our team who will be responsible for writing new business opportunities and facilitating remarketing efforts in coordination with Risk Advisors. Partial telework schedule considered for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 3 years of commercial lines account management experience
  • Hold a P&C Producer’s license in the State of NH; CIC designation a plus

Administrative Assistant ~ Part Time (Portsmouth Office)

Seeking a proactive, meticulous self-starter to provide administrative support to our dynamic and growing insurance agency. The successful candidate will support our commercial lines team with scheduling company partner meetings, assist with document scanning and retention activities, assemble proposals/presentations, conduct Internet research, report production and undertake special projects. The candidate in this role will also provide a broad range of administrative support activities including event planning, general office oversight such as office supply ordering, mail processing, bank deposits, equipment maintenance, and calendar management. This position is our first point of contact for clients and visitors in our beautiful, historic Portsmouth Office.

    Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience with progressively responsible duties/tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently and also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to superior customer service and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects.

Job Type: Hourly, Non-exempt
Work Schedule: Negotiable; part time up to 25 hours, with paid time-off benefit
