JM McNamara joined Avery supporting the Personal Lines team, and shortly after earning her Property & Casualty license, she transitioned to a Claims Advisor role. In this role, she assists the Senior Claims Advisor in reviewing, managing, and resolving claims for both personal and commercial lines.
Before joining Avery, she worked as a licensed Client Manager for a NH healthcare company. She also has experience as a Human Resources benefits administrator, and more recently, she has worked as a certified Veterinary Technician. She looks forward to using her diverse skills to advocate and provide exceptional service to Avery’s clients.
Outside of work, JM is an outdoor enthusiast and a New England 67 mountain finisher. She enjoys hiking, mountain biking, paddleboarding, yoga, and all things outside. She lives on the NH Seacoast and spends her free time with her two young adult college students and her two Australian Shepherd dogs, SmuttyNose & Maple.
