Fletcher joined the Avery Team in the Fall of 2020 as a risk advisor. In his role, Fletcher supports the on-going development, management, and growth of Avery GOLD and PRIME programs. Fletcher brings high-level counsel and strategic advice to his commercial and personal lines clients.
Prior to beginning his career in the insurance industry, Fletcher worked as an analyst in commercial real estate assisting with private equity and debt deals. Fletcher is a New Hampshire native who grew up in Concord. He graduated from Loyola University in Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a minor in Finance. As an avid golfer, he played collegiate golf at Loyola and spent two and a half years playing on the PGA Tour completing 70+ professional events across the country.
Fletcher resides in Hampton, NH and enjoys golf and an active lifestyle.
