Michael serves as Agency Support Coordinator, where he leads many of Avery’s I.T. initiatives and provides cross-departmental support. In this role, he helps anticipate future needs, implement process improvements, and assist with HR-related initiatives to support the agency’s continued growth.
With a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and a graduate certificate in Data Science from the University of New Hampshire, Michael combines strong writing skills with technological expertise, attention to detail, and an investigative mindset—making him a valuable resource for both colleagues and clients.
Originally from Bedford, NH, Michael now lives in Dover, where he enjoys swimming, playing chess, and watching football.
