The DIA may request proof of insurance at any time and a copy of your policy declaration page listing MA as a covered state satisfies this request. Without proof, companies will face a “Stop Work Order”, be subject to daily fines beginning on the date of the ‘Stop Work Order’ issuance, possible criminal action and other sanctions.
