We are so excited to announce a pair of skilled professionals– Hellen Hill and Kelley Massey– have joined our commercial lines division.
A licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont, Kelley will serve as a Senior Commercial Risk Specialist. She started her insurance career in 2004 and worked her way up from administrative responsibilities to serve as a Senior Account Manager specializing in construction, technology, restaurant, and lessors risk operations. Kelley also has her Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Kelley and her family reside in Nottingham, New Hampshire.
Hellen joins us as a Risk Specialist assisting with renewal policies, endorsements, and certificates, and developing risk management strategies to help businesses keep insurance costs in check. With many years of insurance experience, she is well-acquainted with servicing a large variety of complicated accounts. Hellen earned a Bachelor of Management Studies Degree and a Master’s Degree in Education both from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.
