We are pleased to announce two new members to the Avery team. Michael Valeri will serve as the agency’s Special Projects Coordinator and Rebecca (Becky) Masse in an administrative support role. Both will be based in our Portsmouth office.
Michael comes to Avery in a newly-developed role to assist Avery’s management team with system and process change improvements, aid in various HR-related functions, and champion all technology-related platforms to ensure optimal efficiencies. “Michael has such a solid background in technology and data analysis, that coupled with a passion for people makes him a great addition,” said Tod O’Dowd, President, Avery Insurance. Michael graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology. He lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is conversational in Italian, enjoys creative writing, and is a Black Belt in Taekwondo.
Becky will manage office operations while supporting Avery’s commercial lines team. Prior to joining Avery, Becky spent the last ten years in the independent insurance agency business as an executive assistant. Becky is well-versed in the coordination of various agency management system tools that enhance customer service. “In addition to her extensive insurance industry experience, our clients benefit from Becky’s broad range of customer service expertise, advanced administration skills, and diligent nature,” continued O’Dowd. Becky resides in Rochester, New Hampshire with her husband, Marc and their Chorkie named Koda. In her spare time, Becky loves to crochet as a hobby.
