Tammy directs the human resource function for Avery Insurance and couples that responsibility with managing our Avery PRIME program. Avery PRIME is a proactive, comprehensive program providing commercially insured clients with access to critical human resource support, Worker’s compensation cost containment, and rate reduction strategies along with superior risk management solutions. In a nutshell, Avery PRIME provides value-add solutions to control and mitigate risk while positively impacting premium costs for Avery valued clients.

Tammy has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources generalist working in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. With a background primarily in healthcare and human services, her HR concentrations have been in the areas of talent acquisition, development and retention, employee relations, employment law compliance, and workplace health and safety. She is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certified and is actively involved in the Seacoast Human Resource Association serving on its Board of Directors as Co-Chair of the Certification Committee.

Tammy grew up in Dover, NH, and resides in Rollinsford, NH. She and her husband Bob are extremely proud of their two adult sons, Adam and Cameron. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys traveling, working in the yard, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
